Artist's Statement :

My works are based on ceramic and glass techniques such as throwing, pinching, glaze materials, melting and cooling glasses where I can express and transform my journey. Unfortunately, after a few months of my joining the postgraduate course in MFA in 2018, a massive road accident happened, and I got totally detached from all of my studies and work. After one year I was fortunate enough to start a new session and walk accordingly as I used to do earlier. Just as things were starting to improve, a nationwide lockdown took place in March 2020 due to the outbreak of coronavirus. Because of my accident, I got enough time to realize that the destiny of life is much unpredictable and unconditional as I might fall off like a dried leaf and maybe get lost some other day. These positive and negative phases are parallel existing in every moment of life, while nature gives you choices to manifest your life. And I choose the path of the Art of fire where I can transform my personal memory into a physical dimension. A dimension which is sometimes transparent and sometimes dense like the positive and negative spaces and very similar to the light and dark side of existence.
